Who is eligible to become a FOODER?
Anyone. If you can make anything from your home-kitchen you’re eligible to become a FOODER on
our platform.
What I need to start my culinary journey?
It’s super simple! Register as a FOODER - add your food item(s), set a price, and bam! You’re ready
to connect with FOODEEs—our lovely food enthusiasts who can't wait to taste your dishes.
Is there any legal requirements before I start accepting orders as a FOODER?
It depends. Based on what food items you’re planning to sell, you may or may not require - Food
Handler Certification and/or Home-kitchen Inspection. But you need not to worry!
FOODO is there to guide and support you at every step. After you register with us, FOODO team will reach out to help you getting anything done that is required to run your kitchen.

What if, as a FOODER, am not able to accept the order for any reason?
Don’t you worry, you’ve full control on how many orders you can take. Either make the food item
inactive through admin interface so that it is not visible to FOODEEs anymore or you can simply
reject the order once it comes to your queue. In this case, full refund will be issued to the FOODEE.

What are the different Chef Levels and how can I move to the next level?
You can learn more about different Chef (FOODER) Levels following below navigation in the app:
Fooder Interface > My Level > (Know Other Levels?)
Once you complete all the mentioned conditions of any level then you will automatically be upgraded to the next level. Higher the level, more rewards and visibility plus lesser service fees. Win-Win, right?!

How do I know about my earnings as a FOODER?
Follow below navigation to learn about how much you earn till now:

You can cash out using ‘Withdraw Funds’ feature.

How do I get paid?
You can submit a withdraw request as long as you ‘ve $50 earnings in your account. You just need to
provide your Interac Id for payout using Profile > Payout Method.
Is the checkout process secure while ordering through FOODO?
Yes, payments are processed by Stripe, one of the largest payment processors. You can trust that
your payments are safe and secure.
What payment methods does FOODO support?
Currently, we only accept credit card payments. You can also opt for “Cash On Delivery” mode in
case you wish to pay later. We plan on adding more payment options in the future.
How do I remove my account from FOODO app if don’t wish to use it anymore?
You can remove your account following below navigation:
Profile > Account > Delete Account
It will delete your account and all the associated data from the FOODO app permanently
