Horseradish Sauce

horseradishTomorrow I will be fixing “The Perfect Prime Rib” so to accompany it there needs to be the perfect horseradish sauce.

I am not a great fan of just plain horseradish but mix that with sour cream and lemon?
Delirious!!

As side dishes I will be roasting red potatoes Grandma Hill style and a new brussels sprout recipe I picked up from Ree Drumand (the Pioneer Woman)
