Candied Sweet Potatoes

sweet-potato5Candied Sweet Potatoes are a holiday tradition for our family. Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner would not go by without this great dish.

Personally I love anything orange with cinnamon and clove. This recipe was tweaked by me to add the cinnamon and clove. Originally it was developed by my aunts sister Stella DeJarnette. Can we beat the recipes from the cooks of old?

I think not.
